• Move slowly and steadily through each room — let the editor cut for pace, don't rush your footage.
• Film in a logical path: exterior, entry, main living areas, bedrooms, then backyard.
• Hold each shot a few extra seconds at the start and end so the editor has room to cut cleanly.
• Keep the horizon level — avoid tilting the camera up and down while walking.
• Shoot horizontal (landscape), never vertical.
